Why couples choose The C Experience

You've never planned a wedding.
She's done it 130 times.

Somewhere between the venue deposit and the seating chart, planning stops being fun and starts being a second job. That's the part I take.

01

Nothing falls through

Every vendor, deposit, deadline and detail lives in one place - and someone whose whole job is remembering is watching all of it.

02

You get your day back

The point of hiring a planner isn't a prettier wedding. It's that you're actually at your wedding instead of running it.

03

Purpose over perfection

“I don't promise perfection - but I do promise purpose. Purpose in the details, purpose in the planning, and purpose in the way we show up for you and your people.”

Ciera, founder of The C Experience
Hi, I'm Ciera

Founder of
The C Experience

I specialise in creating joyful, organised wedding experiences that reflect each couple's unique love story. Over the past four years I've had the honour of coordinating more than 130 weddings - crazy, right?

Planning weddings is more than a job for me. It's a calling. I have a heart for creating unforgettable experiences and a calm, personal touch for what can often feel like a hectic process.

My couples say they felt so calm and taken care of that they were sad when it was over. Yes, really.

The story

How I got here

I got my start during the COVID wedding season - taking on any gigs I could while trying to force myself into a career I thought I should pursue just because I had the degrees for it. But the Lord works in mysterious ways. Step by step, He guided me into this world full-time.

Sometimes I laugh to myself thinking about how Jesus' first miracle was at a wedding where they ran out of wine (John 2:1-11). I guess they didn't have a wedding planner to double-check the bar order back then!

Four years and more than 130 weddings later, this is the work I'd choose every single time.

“

Purpose in the details, purpose in the planning, and purpose in the way we show up for you and your people.

Not sure which one

Start here

Three questions that sort almost everyone.

Question one

Have you booked a venue?

No → Full Planning. The venue drives the budget, the guest count and half your vendor list. Get that decision right first.

Question two

Are most vendors booked?

Yes, but it feels scattered → Partial Planning. You need someone to audit what's signed, close the gaps and hold the timeline.

Question three

Is everything handled?

Yes - you just don't want to run it → Coordination. Hand it over six to eight weeks out and go be a bride.

How it goes,
start to finish

No mystery, no radio silence, no wondering what's happening behind the scenes. Every package ends the same way: Ciera and an assistant coordinator on-site, running your entire wedding day from setup to send-off.

What changes between packages is how early she steps in - and how much of the year she carries with you.

01

Say hello

Send the inquiry form. Ciera personally reviews it and comes back within 48 hours with her availability for your date.

02

The consultation

A free, unhurried conversation - your vision, your people, your budget. You leave with clarity whether or not you book.

03

The plan

Retainer signed, date held. Vendors, budget, design and a checklist that keeps you a step ahead instead of a week behind.

04

The final stretch

Six weeks out we take the wheel: timelines, confirmations, floor plans, rehearsal. Vendors start calling Ciera, not you.

05

The best day ever

You get ready. She runs everything. You will be told nothing went wrong, and mostly that will be true.

Add-ons

Extras, quoted honestly

Mention any of these in your inquiry and they'll be priced into your proposal from the start - never bolted on later.

  • Rehearsal dinner & welcome party coordination
  • Farewell brunch or day-after event
  • Additional assistant coordinators for large guest counts
  • Guest room blocks & travel logistics (included in Full)
  • Destination & out-of-state weddings
  • Multi-day and cultural celebration coordination
Before you ask

Asked and answered

The C Experience is based in Metro Atlanta and most of our weddings happen within about an hour of the city - Atlanta, Alpharetta, Marietta, Decatur, Newnan, Athens and the surrounding venues. We do travel for weddings outside that radius; travel and lodging are quoted separately on a per-wedding basis.

A planner helps you make the decisions: who to hire, what to spend, how it all fits together. A coordinator takes the decisions you've already made and runs them flawlessly on the day. Full and Partial Planning are the first. Coordination is the second. Almost every couple needs the second - the question is only whether you also want the first.

Most Full Planning couples book 10–14 months out and most Coordination couples book 6–9 months out. That said, dates are taken on a first-come basis and we only accept a limited number of weddings per season so that every couple gets real attention. If your date is close, ask anyway - sometimes it works.

There's no hard minimum, but our packages are built for couples investing meaningfully in their day. In the consultation Ciera will tell you honestly whether the numbers work - and if a different service level would serve you better, she'll say so rather than sell you up.

Yes. The figures on this page are starting investments. Guest count, venue complexity, multi-day events, additional staffing and travel can move the number. You'll get an exact, itemised proposal after your consultation - before you sign anything.

A retainer reserves your date and is applied to your total. The balance is split into scheduled payments across your planning timeline so it never lands all at once. Everything is spelled out in your agreement.

Ciera, plus an assistant coordinator. Every package includes both. You are never handed off to someone you have not met.

Within 48 hours. Ciera reads every inquiry personally and replies with real availability for your date - not an autoresponder.

What couples say afterward

★★★★★
“Ciera was in perfect sync with me the entire time, making sure everything went exactly as planned. I've heard so many horror stories from friends about how stressful wedding planning was and how their planners weren't much help - but I can promise you, Ciera is worth your investment. Because of her, I felt completely calm throughout the entire process.”

★★★★★
“I genuinely loved working with her and will be recommending her to everyone I know who's getting married! I am genuinely sad I don't have an upcoming event to plan because I enjoyed working with her that much!”
